This is the Real Estate Development Arm of the Group. It is Primarily engaged in the activity of land Banking. We procure Raw Land and work on it to bring it to a stage of Develop ability. At this stage we offer the land for development either as a joint venture with a reputed Developer or Trade it. Some of the Projects we have are :
